Hi, I'm Elena – a psychologist, psychotherapist, and internationally certified master coach with over 24 years of experience.
Throughout my professional career as a psychologist, psychotherapist, and coach, I have been helping my clients navigate challenges and transform their businesses, careers, lives, and even the lives of their loved ones. When my clients gain clarity and commit to their new goals, their vision sparks change—not only in their business but also in their community, team, and family, both individually and as part of a greater system. I never know in advance which method I will apply to a particular person. This becomes clear only during the session itself, in the course of our conversation. During the session, I always explain to the client which method I choose and why.
I provide explanations and suggestions, but the final decision is up to the client—whether this approach suits them or not. It’s not about fitting the client to a method, but rather selecting the right method or combination of methods for each unique individual and their specific situation

Introduction and Goal Setting
In our first meeting, I will ask you to share about yourself, your challenges, and your goals. Throughout the conversation, I will ask clarifying questions to help formulate a request—what we will work on and how we can address your concerns.
After just one session, my clients already feel lighter and freer, gaining the motivation, strength, and inspiration for meaningful change.

Personal Plan
In the following sessions, we will explore your experiences and goals in greater depth through therapeutic conversations and various techniques.

Independent Progress
Once we have achieved the intended results, we will hold a final session to summarize our work and reinforce the positive changes, enabling you to move forward confidently. You will start applying the techniques developed during therapy, specifically tailored for you.
