Program Description:In conditions of fatigue, stress, multitasking and burnout, achieving goals seems unattainable. The training includes assignments in mini-groups, individual exercises and general discussions. The program is based on coaching and psychological methods: team coaching, art therapy, positive psychology, neuropsychology and decision-making techniques.
