We briefly discuss what brings you here, what I can offer, how sessions work and practical questions. This is an introductory conversation before possible ongoing work, not a full counselling session.

Payment is by bank transfer or an available international payment service. The method, currency and total fee are agreed beforehand. Any insurance reimbursement needs to be checked before booking; coverage is not automatically promised.
What happens in the first session?
We discuss your situation, clarify goals and outline the work. I explain the approach I suggest. As we continue, we review goals, session frequency and progress. At the end of the work, we review what has changed.
What if I cannot explain my request clearly?
You can start with what feels difficult and what you would like to change. Clarifying the question is part of the first conversation.
How many sessions will I need?
This is discussed individually. Other people’s feedback describes their experience; it does not determine your outcome or the length of your work.
What if we are not a good fit?
We can discuss a different format or finding another professional. With your permission, I can help refer an enquiry to a professional community so you can choose appropriate support.
Cancellation and confidentiality
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. For consultations governed by the Russian service offer, payment is not refunded for cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, except for force majeure. The terms for your particular service and location are clarified before payment.
