When a relationship becomes difficult

The same argument keeps returning. Trust has changed, or closeness feels harder to find. Sometimes the question is what kind of relationship—and what decisions—are possible now.

I work with adults individually, with couples and with adult family members. You can explore relationship concerns even when your partner is not participating in the session.

Topics we can discuss

Recurring conflict and difficult conversations; loss of interest or trust; personal boundaries; changes after relocation or the birth of a child; considering separation.

What the work focuses on

We clarify what is happening, what matters to the people involved and what they would like to change. We discuss communication and decisions in the context of your situation. The aim is not decided for you: the work does not promise to preserve a relationship or change another person’s choice.

My background includes family centres and perinatal support for women and couples, including preparation for childbirth and the postnatal period.

Getting started

A free introduction of up to 15–20 minutes allows us to discuss the concern and possible individual or couple format. The duration and fee for a joint session are agreed separately; the individual-session price is not a couple-session price.
